Opalite

A better AMS starts with understanding your association.

Opalite Cloud is preparing for its initial release and beginning conversations with associations ready for a more connected way to manage members and operations. Tell us where your current technology creates friction and what your next platform needs to support.

For associations ready to make a thoughtful change.

Opalite is being designed for professional societies, trade associations, and other membership organizations that have outgrown disconnected tools and workarounds. Opalite may be a fit if your association:

  • Is evaluating or preparing to replace its current AMS
  • Needs membership, relationships, payments, permissions, and reporting to work together more clearly
  • Is open to a collaborative implementation built around an achievable initial scope

Start with a conversation.

We begin by learning how your association works today and what you need from its next platform.

Learn

Discuss your current systems, operating model, priorities, and decision process.

Confirm fit

Compare your needs with Opalite's initial release and identify important data, integration, and partner requirements.

Define the path

If there is a mutual fit, receive a proposal outlining the recommended scope, pricing structure, responsibilities, and next steps.

Clear pricing based on the work involved.

Pricing is provided through a proposal tailored to your association. A proposal may include:

  • An annual Opalite Cloud subscription
  • One-time onboarding and implementation services
  • A platform or integration fee based on selected integrations and related usage, including fees for selected partner-enabled capabilities, where applicable

Each proposal will identify what is included, the assumptions behind the scope, and any services or technology that carry a separate cost.

A practical path to launch.

Your implementation plan will reflect your membership structure, relationships, data, business rules, integrations, financial processes, staff responsibilities, and any affiliated legal entities or foundations included in the scope.

The Founding Customer Program

Help shape a lighter way forward.

Opalite is preparing to welcome a limited group of founding customers ready to modernize how they manage members and operations. The program is intended for associations that need a new platform and are comfortable working closely with our founders and implementation team as Opalite's initial release is implemented and refined.

What founding customers can expect

  • Direct access to Opalite's founders
  • Structured discovery and implementation planning
  • Regular communication and opportunities to provide feedback
  • Clear distinctions between what is native, partner-enabled, or planned for a later phase

What we will ask

  • An engaged executive sponsor and working team
  • Timely access to the information, data, and people needed for implementation
  • Candid feedback throughout the process
  • Alignment on an achievable initial scope and phased priorities

Commercial terms, implementation scope, and timing will be defined with each founding customer.

Let's start with what is getting in the way.

Tell us what is working, what is creating friction, and what your association needs next. We will learn more about your organization and determine whether there may be a good fit.
