This Website Privacy Policy explains how Opalite Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Opalite Cloud (“Opalite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit opalitecloud.com or related webpages that link to this policy (collectively, the “Website”) or communicate with us about the Website.

This policy applies to the public Website and related inquiries. It does not govern personal information that Opalite processes through the Opalite Cloud software platform on behalf of association customers. Those activities will be governed by separate customer agreements and platform privacy documentation when the platform becomes available.

We do not use cookies to sell personal information, and we do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising across unrelated websites.

The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website.
