Opalite

Association management software built around the way associations actually work.

Opalite Cloud is AI-native association management software designed to help associations manage people, relationships, memberships, payments, and member experiences in one connected platform.

Instead of forcing your team to organize its work around disconnected modules and rigid records, Opalite is being built around the way associations operate and the relationships that make each organization unique.

Built for associations that have outgrown workarounds.

Professional societies, trade associations, and other membership organizations manage far more than a list of members.

Your team may support individuals and companies, chapters and committees, multiple membership structures, organization rosters, payments, programs, credentials, events, and years of engagement history. That work is connected, even when the software supporting it is not.

Opalite is being designed for associations whose needs have become too complex for lightweight tools but that do not want the cost, burden, and rigidity of a legacy enterprise platform.

The core tools your team needs. A lighter way to use them.

Opalite's initial release is being built around six areas of everyday association work.

01

People and relationships

Create a connected view of the people and organizations in your association's community. Maintain contact information, employment and education history, organization affiliations, chapters, committees, family or household relationships, and other meaningful connections without reducing every person to a flat member record.

02

Membership management

Manage membership types, terms, statuses, renewals, eligibility requirements, organization rosters, and the rules that shape each membership experience. Membership remains connected to the person or organization without becoming the definition of the entire record.

03

Member self-service

Give members a simpler way to sign in, update their information, renew, pay, and manage their relationship with the association. The goal is a member experience that feels clear and easy, while giving staff better visibility into where members may need support.

04

Payments and commerce

Connect invoices, payments, donations, credits, refunds, and transaction history to the people and organizations involved. When an association operates alongside an affiliated foundation or other legal entity, Opalite is being designed to preserve a connected member experience while keeping each transaction, receipt, permission, and accounting record tied to the correct organization.

05

Staff access and administration

Give staff access based on both what they are responsible for and where that responsibility applies. A staff member may need access to an entire association, an affiliated foundation, one organization, a chapter, a committee, or a specific program. Opalite is being designed to support those distinctions without giving every user access to everything.

06

Reporting and targeted automation

Make important membership and transaction information easier to find and reduce repetitive administrative work through guided workflows and targeted automation. Opalite will also introduce AI-supported tools where they can create clear operational value, helping staff understand information and complete work without adding another disconnected application.

Your members aren't just records.

A person may be a member, employee, volunteer, committee leader, event attendee, credential holder, customer, or former member. They may hold several of those roles at the same time.

An organization may have employees, subsidiaries, roster managers, billing contacts, sponsorship relationships, and its own membership history. Those relationships may also extend across affiliated organizations. An association may operate alongside a charitable foundation or another related legal entity, with shared people and activities but separate financial, reporting, and access requirements. Opalite is being designed to preserve those connections without improperly combining the records each organization must manage independently.

Those connections matter. They can affect eligibility, access, communications, billing, reporting, leadership opportunities, and the experience someone receives when they interact with the association.

Opalite is being built to preserve those relationships and their history. The goal is to give staff more complete context without creating duplicate records or relying on disconnected fields to represent how everything fits together.

Membership is one part of the relationship, not the whole person.

AI-native should mean less work, not another feature.

Opalite is being designed with AI as part of the platform's foundation, not as a separate chatbot added to the side of an existing system. In practical terms, that means using connected association data to help staff:

  • Find relevant information more quickly
  • Understand the context surrounding a person, organization, membership, or transaction
  • Surface useful next steps and areas that may need attention
  • Complete repetitive or information-heavy work with more guidance
  • Spend less time moving between screens, reports, and disconnected systems

The initial AI-supported workflows will be introduced thoughtfully and focused on areas where they can provide clear, practical value. Staff will remain in control of decisions, approvals, business rules, and member communications.

A connected core, extended by specialist partners.

Core Opalite Platform

Opalite's core platform is being built to manage people and organizations, relationships, memberships, member self-service, payments, staff access, reporting, and targeted automation.

Partner-Enabled Specialist Capabilities

Some specialized capabilities may be delivered through carefully selected technology partners. These may include areas such as event registration, awards, submissions, judging, sessions, and attendee experiences.

When a capability is partner-enabled, we will be clear about it. Partners will be evaluated based on the quality of the user experience, security, data access, and their ability to connect meaningfully with Opalite.

Our goal is not to claim that every possible tool was built natively. It is to create a more connected experience for association staff and members.

A focused initial release built for the work that matters most.

We are not trying to launch with every feature an association might ever use.

Opalite's initial release is focused on the operational foundation associations depend on every day: connected records, flexible membership structures, member self-service, payments, appropriate staff access, and better visibility into the work.

Additional capabilities will be introduced as they are validated, developed, or enabled through the right partners.

This approach allows us to build carefully, work closely with our first customers, and avoid making promises based only on a future roadmap.

Help shape a lighter way forward.

Opalite is preparing to welcome a limited group of associations ready to modernize how they manage members and operations.

Founding customers will work closely with our founders during discovery and implementation. They will also have structured opportunities to share feedback, help us understand the realities of their association's work, and inform how Opalite continues to evolve.

Let's start with the work that is getting in the way.

Tell us what is working, what is creating friction, and what your association needs from its next platform.

Whether you are preparing to replace an existing AMS or beginning to evaluate future options, we would be glad to learn more about your organization and explore whether Opalite could be the right fit.
